The pool area had a nice design, but it definitely needs better maintenance because the water was green . The spacious lobby adds a nice touch.

Upon arrival, I encountered issues with the payment process, needing to pay the full amount upfront and having to wait for an alternative payment method. Dining options were frustratingly slow, taking far too long to be served. One evening, it took 45 minutes to learn there was no steak available. The breakfast lacked variety, with limited choices, and the coffee served was instant-hardly a nice touch. The cleanliness needed work. The bathtub wasn't fully cleaned, and there was an unsettling feeling due to exposed wires in the kettle's cord.
